1. Overview
At YR & Associates, we are committed to providing high-quality, concierge-style business development and consulting services. Due to the custom nature of our work, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy that reflects the time, planning, and expertise invested in each engagement.
2. Consulting & Service-Based Refunds
Because our services are time-based and strategy-driven, all purchases of consulting hours, retainers, or project-based packages are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
However, we recognize that every situation is unique and may consider refund requests under limited circumstances:

If a service has not yet been rendered and no significant preparation work has been initiated

If there is a mutually agreed-upon disruption in the scope of work or timeline

If you cancel a scheduled service more than 120 business days in advance
3. Deposits & Retainers

Deposits and upfront retainers are non-refundable.

If a project is paused or terminated early by the client, any unused hours or deliverables may be credited toward future services, subject to our discretion and availability.
4. Workshops, Events, and Strategy Sessions

Cancellations made more than 120 days in advance may be eligible for partial credit or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 60 days of a scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days (subject to availability).

No-shows are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.
5. Digital Products & Deliverables
If any digital materials (such as strategy decks, presentations, branding guides, etc.) are delivered as part of a paid service, those are considered final and non-refundable once delivered or shared.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with any part of your experience, please contact us immediately. We value long-term relationships and will do our best to resolve concerns in good faith.

7. Modifications to This Policy
